The site was isolated on a mountain slope with narrow road access, tight footprints, near-zero heavy machinery availability, and highly restricted electrical grid access. Execution had to occur rapidly during peak winter (< 0°C).
Synyu Solution: Deployed highly insulated, lightweight prefabricated components requiring zero heavy equipment for assembly. The modular design enabled rapid layout configurations despite tight spatial limits, guaranteeing structural safety against snow loads while meeting a compressed timeline and strict budget cap.
